We can now offer you the same level of service from the comfort of your own home right here at our web site. You can now order the products you want online, secure in the knowledge that our level of customer service is always of the highest standard.

Delivery

Where goods ordered are in stock, despatch is within 48 hours for orders for which payment has been received. 

Postage & packing

Post and packing is charged as per the following table:

Returns

Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customer's expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the return form which was sent with your order. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage. Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry.

Prices

Prices are liable to increase beyond our control. If the cost of your order differs from the prices quoted, we will contact you, either by telephone or letter, to request your instructions.

VAT

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.
